The flexible and heat-resistant cutting mats can be exchanged using a user-friendly click system, so you can process the different types of food separately. This system is used to implement the HACCP hygiene concept and is therefore suitable for all hobby and professional kitchens in all private and commercial kitchens. The stability of the board is ensured by four non-slip feet.
